Security

We treat your data the way you treat your freight.

Your book is your business. Here is exactly how we protect it, who we rely on, and what we do and don't claim — described in real practices, not badges.

No badge theater

We do not display security certifications we don't hold. Where a formal certification is in progress, we'll say so plainly and date it. Everything below is a practice we run today.

01 · Encryption

Encrypted in transit and at rest.

Every connection to HaulLynx runs over TLS. Data stored on our systems — your records, documents, and settlements — is encrypted at rest. Keys are managed by our infrastructure providers, not left in application code.

02 · Access & isolation

Your dealings are yours.

Access is role-based — people and services see only what their role requires. Each broker's data is isolated: only pattern-level intelligence crosses the network. Another broker's financials and a carrier's private business never reach you, and yours never reach them.

03 · Authoritative sources

Facts are relayed, not asserted.

Regulatory facts — authority, insurance, safety — are relayed from their source (FMCSA) and attributed to it. HaulLynx does not restate them as its own claim. You can always trace a fact back to where it came from.

04 · Payments

Money moves on proven rails.

Payments run on established, PCI-compliant infrastructure — Stripe. HaulLynx never stores raw card numbers or bank credentials; those are held by the payment processor, not by us.

05 · What we collect and why

Only what the work needs.

Account details, usage, payment records, and documents you upload — each collected for a specific operating purpose, not resold. The plain-language breakdown of every category and its use lives in the Privacy Policy.

06 · Responsible disclosure

Found something? Tell us.

If you discover a vulnerability, report it to security@haullynx.com. We investigate every good-faith report and will not pursue researchers who disclose responsibly and give us time to fix.
