Straight answers, no fine print.
What HaulLynx does, what it doesn't, and where the responsibility sits. If it's not here, ask a founder.
What can a carrier do without a subscription? +
Invited Participation is free for broker-offered loads, load records, documents, settlement, and messaging. Marketplace initiation and self-directed carrier tools require the Owner-Operator plan. Pricing is shown before purchase, and no card is required for invited participation.
How does the broker trial work? +
Eligible monthly Operate and Shield enrollments receive 30 days of Shield access at no charge. Annual, founding, and Provenance purchases are purchase-direct. Any charge, renewal date, and cancellation terms are shown before confirmation.
What is the Founding 100? +
The first 100 qualifying brokerages lock their launch price for 12 months. That lock is bounded to 12 months — it is not a permanent or lifetime rate. After the 12 months, standard pricing applies.
Does HaulLynx replace my TMS or load board? +
No. HaulLynx connects your operating context and adds explainable intelligence on top of it — it works alongside the TMS, load board, and tools you already use rather than replacing them.
Is Lynx a black box? +
No. Every recommendation shows its work — the sources it drew on and a confidence level you can see. Lynx is advisory: it surfaces evidence and a suggested read, and you make the call.
Does HaulLynx certify or vet carriers for me? +
No. HaulLynx is not a certifier. It surfaces and relays evidence — FMCSA authority, insurance status, and observed behavior — and detects anomalies across your book. The carrier-selection decision, and the liability that comes with it, stay with you.
Who can see my data? +
Only you see your own dealings. What crosses the network is pattern-level intelligence only — never another broker's financials, and never a carrier's private business. Your book is isolated to you.
How is my data protected? +
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and each broker's data is isolated. The full detail — encryption, isolation, processors, and responsible disclosure — is on the security page.
What does the trailer marketplace cost? +
There's no subscription for the trailer marketplace. HaulLynx takes a rate on each completed rental, and that take rate is disclosed to you at listing — before you publish.
How are matches and pricing determined? +
Every listing is checked against your actual load across 20+ factors — equipment type, dimensions, weight, authority, insurance, location, and more — and the true, all-in price is shown up front, not revealed later.
